In a resounding victory, Go Steelers crushed Injured Reserve with a score of 360.90 to 305.73. The winning team took the lead on Saturday and never looked back. With an impressive grade of A+, Go Steelers proved why they are a force to be reckoned with.
Go Steelers's best player, Cameron Dicker, exceeded expectations by scoring a whopping 50.50 points, surpassing their projected 14.43 points. On the other hand, DJ Moore disappointed with only 12.60 points, falling short of their projected 33.32 points. As for Injured Reserve, Marvin Mims Jr. shined as their top performer, scoring 30.48 points against a projected 8.25 points. Unfortunately, Dustin Hopkins had a rough outing, scoring a measly 2.00 points instead of the projected 14.54 points.
With this victory, Go Steelers improves their record to 9-5-0, while Injured Reserve falls to 10-4-0. Go Steelers currently sits at 6th place in the standings, while Injured Reserve holds the 2nd place spot. It seems like Go Steelers's strong performance has solidified their position in the playoffs, while Injured Reserve will need to regroup for their upcoming matchup.
Looking ahead, Go Steelers will face off against Brigade in the 5th place game next week. Can Go Steelers continue their winning streak and secure a higher spot in the final standings?
