In a Thanksgiving feast of a matchup, Patriots gobbled up a victory against Raiders. With a score of 121.00, Patriots proved to be the turkey to beat. Raiders, on the other hand, couldn't quite stuff their way to victory with a score of 111.50. Looks like Patriots's A- grade was more than enough to carve out a win against Raiders's measly C+.
The best player for Raiders was Jonathan Taylor, who devoured their 9.96 projection and scored a delicious 20.00 points. Meanwhile, Gus Edwards was the biggest turkey for Raiders, falling short of their 6.5 projection and only managing to score a paltry 1.00 point. As for Patriots, their star player was C.J. Stroud, who gobbled up their 9.64 projection and feasted on a whopping 26.00 points. Unfortunately, Khalil Herbert couldn't find their appetite for success and fell short of their 6.82 projection, scoring a mere 1.00 point.
With this win, Patriots improved their record to 7-5-0 and climbed to 9th place in the standings. Raiders, on the other hand, continued their Thanksgiving slump with a record of 3-9-0 and remained in 18th place. It seems like Raiders is more focused on indulging in pumpkin pie than winning football games. Maybe they should stick to watching the Thanksgiving Day Parade instead.
Looking ahead, Patriots will face off against Falcons next week. Will they continue to gobble up victories or will they choke on too much stuffing? As for Raiders, they have a date with Eagles next week. Maybe they can finally turn their luck around and serve up a win. They'll need all the cranberry sauce they can get!
