In a Thanksgiving matchup that left Denver Broncos feeling stuffed, Kansas City Chiefs gobbled up a victory with a score of 251.86. Denver Broncos tried to bring some leftovers to the table with a score of 218.38, but it just wasn't enough. Looks like Kansas City Chiefs had a bigger appetite for success this week.
Denver Broncos's best player, Calvin Ridley, really brought the gravy to the table with a score of 22.90, beating their projection by 11.84 points. On the other hand, Tyjae Spears couldn't quite find their stuffing, falling short of their projection by 6.01 points. As for Kansas City Chiefs, Rashee Rice was the star of the feast, serving up a whopping 27.70 points and surpassing their projection by 9.92 points. However, A.T. Perry seemed to have indulged in too much pumpkin pie, scoring only 1.70 points and falling short of their projection by 7.37 points.
With this win, Kansas City Chiefs improved their record to 6-6-0, while Denver Broncos's record dropped to 4-8-0. Kansas City Chiefs now sits at a more comfortable 9th place in the standings, while Denver Broncos remains near the bottom in 14th place. Looks like Kansas City Chiefs has some extra room at the Thanksgiving table this year.
Looking ahead to next week, Denver Broncos will be facing off against Arizona Cardinals. After this week's performance, Denver Broncos might want to consider adding some extra spices to their lineup. As for Kansas City Chiefs, they will be taking on Green Bay Packers. With their appetite for victory, Kansas City Chiefs should have no problem satisfying their hunger for another win.
