In a matchup that was over before the weekend even began, Outlaw Josie Wales showed no mercy to Knights’ Rampage, securing a decisive victory with a score of 135.82 to 109.94. The win came early on Thursday, leaving Knights’ Rampage with no chance of catching up. It seems like Knights’ Rampage's D grade was no match for Outlaw Josie Wales's A grade. While Knights’ Rampage struggled to find their footing, there were a few standout performances. DJ Moore exceeded expectations, scoring 20.80 points and surpassing their projection by 10 points. Unfortunately, Justin Herbert couldn't quite live up to their projection, falling short by a whopping 15.11 points and only managing to score 2.84 points.
With this win, Outlaw Josie Wales improves their record to 6-8-0, climbing up to the 9th spot in the standings. Knights’ Rampage, on the other hand, now sits at a 9-5-0 record and holds the 2nd spot. The tables have turned for these two teams, but there's still hope for Knights’ Rampage to bounce back in the playoffs.
Looking ahead to next week, Outlaw Josie Wales will be facing off against Detroit Villians in the consolation quarterfinals. It's a chance for Outlaw Josie Wales to continue their winning streak and make a statement in the consolation bracket. As for Knights’ Rampage, they have a bye week in the quarterfinals, giving them some much-needed time to regroup and strategize for the next round. They'll need to come back stronger if they want to make a deep playoff run.
