In a lopsided matchup, Cavemen crushed Big Jerms Worms with a score of 131.80 to 105.12. The victory was sealed on Thursday, leaving Big Jerms Worms with little hope for a comeback. With grades of A+ and D+ respectively, it's clear which team came out on top.
Cavemen's star player, Deebo Samuel, exceeded expectations by scoring an impressive 32.50 points, surpassing his projected 11.06 points. On the other hand, Cavemen's worst player, Tua Tagovailoa, fell short of his projected 23.27 points, only managing to score 9.10 points. Cavemen's dominant performance solidifies their standing at 4th place with a record of 9-5-0. Meanwhile, Big Jerms Worms continues to struggle at the bottom of the league with a record of 3-11-0. It's safe to say that Cavemen is on a different level than Big Jerms Worms, and this matchup clearly highlighted the stark contrast between the two teams.
Looking ahead, Cavemen has secured their spot in the quarterfinals and will face off against My Kupps Half Empty next week. With their strong showing this week, Cavemen should feel confident heading into the matchup. As for Big Jerms Worms, they will be competing in the consolation quarterfinals against Chewie Changas.
