In a battle of the grades, Blue Skywalker proved why they deserved an A+ as they trounced Spokane Sith with a final score of 145.82 to 126.10. The victory was sealed on Sunday late, leaving Spokane Sith in disappointment. Did Blue Skywalker's high grade give them the edge they needed?
Blue Skywalker's star player, Sam LaPorta, had a standout performance, surpassing their projection by 16.56 points and scoring a whopping 26.10 points. On the other hand, Derrick Henry failed to meet expectations, falling short of their projection by 8.31 points and scoring only 3.00 points. Spokane Sith's shining star was Jahmyr Gibbs, who exceeded their projection by 13.68 points and put up an impressive 25.80 points. Unfortunately, A.J. Brown couldn't quite find their groove, falling short of their projection by 6.02 points and scoring just 8.10 points.
With this victory, Blue Skywalker improves their record to 9-5-0 and climbs to the 3rd position in the standings. Spokane Sith, on the other hand, drops to 8-6-0 and finds themselves in 6th place. It seems like Blue Skywalker's success is making them a force to be reckoned with, while Spokane Sith will need to regroup if they want to make a comeback.
Looking ahead, Blue Skywalker will face off against Firestorm in the semifinals. Can Blue Skywalker maintain their dominance and secure a spot in the championship? As for Spokane Sith, they will be battling it out against My Kupps Half Empty in the 5th place game. Will they be able to bounce back and end the season on a high note?
