In a not-so-close matchup, Dragon Queen showed no mercy and dominated Kingdom of the North with a score of 206.06 to 175.30. Dragon Queen's victory was sealed on Saturday, leaving Kingdom of the North in the dust. Despite Kingdom of the North's D-grade performance, it wasn't enough to overcome Dragon Queen's A-grade dominance.
Kingdom of the North's best player, Robert Spillane, managed to beat their projection by 10.05 points, scoring a solid 20.00 points. However, their worst player, DJ Moore, fell significantly short of their projection, only scoring 4.80 points. On the other side, Dragon Queen's best player, Derrick Henry, surpassed their projection by 15.08 points, racking up an impressive 28.13 points. Unfortunately, Dragon Queen's worst player, Cade Otton, couldn't live up to expectations, scoring a measly 1.70 points.
With this win, Dragon Queen solidifies their spot at the top of the standings with an impressive 11-3-0 record. They are now heading to the Championship finals next week, where they will face off against The Griddy. As for Kingdom of the North, they sit at a mediocre 8-6-0 record and will be battling it out for 3rd place against Sasquatch. It's safe to say that Dragon Queen has the last laugh this week.
Looking ahead to next week, Dragon Queen has their eyes set on the Championship finals. They should continue to rely on their star players, especially Derrick Henry, who has been on fire lately. As for Kingdom of the North, they need to regroup and come back stronger in the 3rd place game against Sasquatch. They should look to their best player, Robert Spillane, to lead the charge and salvage some pride. Good luck to both teams!
