In a surprising turn of events, Arya’s KingSlayers delivered a crushing blow to Shot My Waddle with a final score of 134.81 to 126.65. It seems like Arya’s KingSlayers's A-grade was no joke, as they outperformed Shot My Waddle's lackluster C-grade. The win came late on Sunday, leaving Shot My Waddle wondering what went wrong.
While Shot My Waddle's best player, Rachaad White, managed to beat their projection and score 25.50 points, it wasn't enough to make up for the disappointment of Tua Tagovailoa falling short of their projection and only scoring 15.05 points. On the other side, Arya’s KingSlayers's star player, Saquon Barkley, outperformed their projection and scored 21.60 points, proving their worth. However, A.J. Brown couldn't quite live up to expectations, falling short of their projection with only 11.90 points.
With this win, Arya’s KingSlayers solidifies their position in the standings with a record of 10-4-0, securing the second spot. Meanwhile, Shot My Waddle's record of 10-4-0 puts them at third place. It's a tough blow for Shot My Waddle, who had high hopes for the playoffs. Perhaps they underestimated the power of Arya’s KingSlayers's A-grade.
Looking ahead, Shot My Waddle will face off against Go Irish in the quarterfinals next week. It's a do-or-die situation for Shot My Waddle, and they'll need to bring their A-game to have a chance at redemption. As for Arya’s KingSlayers, they can sit back and enjoy their bye week in the quarterfinals, knowing that they have secured their spot in the next round. They should use this time to strategize and prepare for their upcoming matchup.
