KEEPER RULES:
1. Draft order based on inverse order of final regular season's standings
2. Owners can keep a maximum of Three (3) players from their final roster
3. Players drafted in rounds 1-3 in 2023 and kept will assume the same draft rounds in 2024
EXAMPLE: A player drafted in round three in 2023 will cost a third round pick in 2024
4. Players drafted in rounds 4-16 in 2023 and kept will cost a draft pick one
round earlier in 2024
Example: A player drafted in round six in 2023 and kept will cost a 5th round pick in 2024
5. Players DRAFTED and then traded or dropped and picked up by another team
assume the draft position they were drafted in. Then ,follow rules 3 or 4
6. A player NOT drafted who is picked up or traded and then kept will cost a 10th
round pick. Two undrafted players kept would be 10th and 11th round picks
