In a nail-biting matchup, Weekend Warriors managed to come out on top with a score of 148.05, narrowly defeating Sneezy’s Beastie’s who scored 141.45. The victory came early on Sunday, leaving Sneezy’s Beastie’s with a disappointing C- grade and Weekend Warriors with a solid B+. Looks like the grades really do matter!
Sneezy’s Beastie’s's best player of the week was Jason Myers, who surpassed their projection by scoring 21.00 points. On the other hand, Terry McLaurin couldn't quite live up to expectations, falling short of their projection with only 5.30 points. As for Weekend Warriors, their star player was David Montgomery, who exceeded their projection by scoring 17.60 points. Unfortunately, Chuba Hubbard couldn't deliver, scoring only 4.90 points.
With this win, Weekend Warriors improves their record to 7-3-0 and solidifies their spot at 4th place in the standings. Sneezy’s Beastie’s, on the other hand, falls to a 5-5-0 record and finds themselves at 6th place. It seems like the battle for playoff contention is getting more intense by the week. Will Weekend Warriors continue their winning streak and climb even higher, or will Sneezy’s Beastie’s bounce back and regain their position?
Looking ahead to next week, Sneezy’s Beastie’s will face off against 420headbussaz. After this disappointing loss, Sneezy’s Beastie’s will need to regroup and strategize to come out on top.
