Unfortunately, their worst player, Jamaal Williams, fell short of their projection of 9.55, only managing to score 2.90 points. They must've had butterfingers.

With this win, Play improves their record to 1-1-0 and moves up to 6th place in the standings. Meatmonger, on the other hand, drops to a 1-1-0 record and falls to 7th place. Looks like Play is leaving Meatmonger in the dust. Maybe Meatmonger should consider changing their team name to 'Team Lost Cause'.
