In a matchup that was over before Sunday night, The MJK put on a show and secured a convincing win over Kittles and Bits. With a final score of 147.96 to 125.12, The MJK proved why they are the team to beat. The only thing worse than Kittles and Bits's grade was their luck, as they couldn't catch a break against the unstoppable force that is The MJK.
Kittles and Bits's best player, Jake Browning, managed to exceed expectations by scoring 24.70 points, leaving their projected 14.57 points in the dust. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Tyreek Hill, who fell short of their 18.93 projection with a disappointing 8.10 points. On the other side, The MJK's star player, Brandon Aubrey, exceeded their projected 8.94 points by scoring an impressive 22.00 points. However, Jalen Hurts couldn't live up to their 22.74 projection, only managing to score 8.88 points.
With this victory, The MJK maintains their dominance with an impressive 11-3-0 record and sits comfortably at the top of the standings. Meanwhile, Kittles and Bits's hopes for a deep playoff run took a hit as they now stand at 9-5-0. It seems like The MJK is living up to their name, while Kittles and Bits might want to consider a name change.
Looking ahead, The MJK gets a well-deserved bye week in the quarterfinals, giving them some extra time to bask in their glory. As for Kittles and Bits, they will face off against Burrowrito supreme next week in the quarterfinals. Kittles and Bits will need to step up their game if they want to have any chance against Burrowrito supreme. Maybe they can learn a thing or two from The MJK's dominant performance. Good luck to both teams!
