GOAT Status knock off coach's First-Class Team in 157.80-109.15 drubbing
GOAT Status brought their A game, rolling to a 157.80-109.15 win over coach's First-Class Team, who fell short of projections. coach's First-Class Team took a 20.60-point lead on Thursday, but GOAT Status held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by the Los Angeles Chargers defense, who allowed only 3 points, surrendered 173 yards, and intercepted 3 passes for 56 points, and Saquon Barkley, who racked up 133 yards from scrimmage and ran for a touchdown (27.3 points). Austin Ekeler (67 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs, 12 Rec Yds) and Evan Engram (7 Rec, 113 Rec Yds) were the leading scorers for coach's First-Class Team in the loss. GOAT Status improve to 5-11 for the season, while coach's First-Class Team fall to 7-8.
The Chargers defense (3 Pts Allowed, 173 Yds Allowed, 3 Turnovers) scored 56 points against the Colts in Week 16. Their scoring output more-than-quadrupled their 11.24-point projection and was much higher than their 12.06-point season scoring average. The Chargers defense will face the Rams next week.

Saturday
Saquon Barkley had a 27-yard touchdown run for GOAT Status, contributing to a 72.30-70.95 lead for the team.
Sunday Early
There were players with highlight-reel moments on both teams early Sunday, but it was GOAT Status who grabbed the lead, 101.80-85.25. For GOAT Status, Aaron Rodgers had a 42-yard pass. Tyreek Hill made the highlight reel for coach's First-Class Team with a 52-yard catch.
GOAT Status
Hey, it's good to be confident, GOAT Status. Playing a starter with zero points (Zach Ertz), while still getting the W... that's a bit too risky for us traditionalists! All we ask is to please limit that flashy, show-off type of stuff to the regular season. Try it when the playoffs roll around, and we're finished.
coach's First-Class Team
Unless coach's First-Class Team wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not getting enough chances" isn't really a valid excuse this time around. As a group, our pass-catching corps (three WR, one TE) combined to get a grand total of 21 targets in Week 16. Chemistry and timing appear to be issues as that group tallied only 12 catches.
