Aussig Spartans fall short of expectations, succumb to Rebellion in 115.50-89.24 blowout

Aussig Spartans were unable to bring their A game, coming up short of their projected point total, as Rebellion rolled to a 115.50-89.24 victory. Rebellion nabbed an early 9.90-point lead on Thursday. Aussig Spartans came back to take the lead late afternoon Sunday, powered by Tyler Boyd (12 points) and Evan McPherson (9). Not to be deterred, Rebellion made a run later that night, as Saquon Barkley (20.5 points) put them back ahead once and for all. This marks the second time this season Rebellion have beaten Aussig Spartans, after winning 112.96-67.56 in their last matchup. Rebellion improve to 7-8 for the season, while Aussig Spartans fall to 6-9.
