AVD come up short of predictions, succumb to The People’s Champ, 122.42-104.86
AVD were unable to bring their A game, as The People’s Champ emerged victorious with a 122.42-104.86 victory. The People’s Champ never trailed in this one after grabbing a 9.00-point lead on Thursday behind the Los Angeles Rams defense. Justin Herbert (279 Pass Yds, 3 Pass TDs) and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense (3 Pts Allowed, 244 Yds Allowed, 1 Turnovers) carried the flag for AVD in the loss. The People’s Champ (1-0) will look to earn another win against Chavo GOAT Jr., while AVD (0-1) will try to develop some positive momentum against Jjeff Hardy Boiz.
While catching 4 passes for 102 yards and a touchdown against the Seahawks, Jeudy put up 21.2 points this week. He nearly doubled his 11.11-point projection in the 17-16 loss. Jeudy ranks #63 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Texans next week.

The People’s Champ
Props to you, The People’s Champ. Good job fielding a lineup that won by 17.56 points in Week 1. We should keep this momentum going as we move on to what's sure to be an exceedingly tricky matchup in Week 2.
AVD
Well, we can't really complain about a lack of opportunities this week, can we? As a group, our pass-catching corps (three WR and one TE) were targeted a grand total of 31 times in Week 1. Chemistry seems to be the primary problem, as that group notched only 17 receptions.
