Da Bears lose to Mixon it Up, 120.05-102.45
There's no sugarcoating it, Da Bears underdelivered, at least according to projections, as Mixon it Up came back to earn a 120.05-102.45 win. Trailing 102.45-82.30 heading into Monday night, Mixon it Up roared back behind Kirk Cousins (221 Pass Yds, 1 Pass TD, 20 Rush Yds) and Tyler Bass (2-2 FG, 49 long, 5-5 XP). Kyler Murray (30.65 points) and Austin Ekeler (13.9) carried the flag for Da Bears in defeat. Mixon it Up (1-1) will look to notch another win against Pull Out Game, while Da Bears (0-2) take on YOUalreadyKNOWsuckas in an effort to get their first victory.
Jones (132 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 38 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) scored 30.5 points in a 27-10 win over the Bears in Week 2. His scoring output more-than-doubled his 14.82-point projection. Jones ranks #20 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Buccaneers next week.
Mixon it Up
Hey, we'll definitely take the win, Mixon it Up! Having said that, if we want to take our performance to the next level, then we have found an area to improve; our starting quarterback was clearly outmatched this past week. Kyler Murray went 31-of-49 for 277 yards and one touchdowns for Da Bears, and all Kirk Cousins could manage through the air was 221 yards, one TD, and three ugly interceptions. Let's spend some extra time this week working with our receivers!
Da Bears
All of the cake, none of the icing: The six starting offensive skill players on Da Bears (three WRs, two RBs, one TE) collectively gained a healthy 408 total yards. Not one of those players was able to score a touchdown in Week 2.
