There's no easy way to say it, Springfield Buffalos dropped the ball, at least compared to projections, as MeanTeacher secured a 104.01-97.25 victory. Springfield Buffalos nabbed a 10.00-point lead on Thursday, but MeanTeacher held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Justin Fields (152 Pass Yds, 2 Pass TDs, 95 Rush Yds) and Dalvin Cook (95 Rush Yds, 95 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD). Adam Thielen (3 Rec, 41 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Tyler Boyd (5 Rec, 35 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) did their part for Springfield Buffalos in the loss. MeanTeacher ends the season on a high note, but they'll miss the postseason with a record of 8-7. Springfield Buffalos (11-4) will attempt to bounce back from this loss in the playoffs.
