Az Redemption fall short of predictions, succumb to Birdzilla in 115.78-84.40 romp
There's no easy way to say it, Az Redemption didn't do their job, at least according to projections, as Birdzilla cruised to a 115.78-84.40 victory. There was very little drama in this one, as Birdzilla earned a 58.48-point lead on Thursday behind 59.48 points from Josh Allen (297 Pass Yds, 3 Pass TDs, 56 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD) and the Buffalo Bills defense (10 Pts Allowed, 243 Yds Allowed, 3 Turnovers). Russell Wilson (19.8 points) and Javonte Williams (14.3) were the top performers for Az Redemption in the loss. Birdzilla (1-0) will look to add to their success against Lambeau leaps, while Az Redemption (0-1) meet Covid Kingdom in an effort to develop some positive momentum.
In a 31-10 win over the Rams, the Bills defense scored 24 points to nearly triple their 8.24-point projection. They allowed only 10 points, surrendered 243 yards, and intercepted 3 passes to beat their projection by the highest percentage of any player on Birdzilla this week. Next week, the Bills will play the Titans.

Birdzilla
Sure, we ultimately got the win, but there's really no other way to put it, Birdzilla. Our wide receivers were significantly outmatched this past week. Amari Cooper (17 total yards, no TDs) and Elijah Moore (49 yards, no TDs) combined for just 10.6 points in Week 1. For Az Redemption, Courtland Sutton and Marquise Brown doubled us up with a score of 21.5. We need to sweet-talk the QB to get some more targets in Week 2!
Az Redemption
Well, we certainly can't gripe about a lack of opportunities this time, can we? Our pass-catching corps (two WR and one TE) combined to get a grand total of 15 targets in Week 1. With only nine total catches, that group may be showing signs of chemistry issues.
