Karamustafe defeat KV Straydogs in 91-54 rout
Karamustafe beat expectations, cruising to a 91-54 win over KV Straydogs, who fell short of projections. KV Straydogs nabbed a 21-point lead on Thursday behind 21 points from Evan Engram (7 Rec, 113 Rec Yds) and Travis Etienne Jr. (83 Rush Yds, 29 Rec Yds). But Karamustafe held the lead the rest of the way, powered by Dak Prescott (347 Pass Yds, 3 Pass TDs, 41 Rush Yds) and DeVonta Smith (8 Rec, 113 Rec Yds, 2 Rec TDs). This marks the first time this season Karamustafe have beaten KV Straydogs, after falling 84-57 in their last matchup. Karamustafe improve to 7-9 for the season, while KV Straydogs fall to 6-10.
While catching 8 passes for 113 yards and 2 touchdowns against the Cowboys, Smith recorded 23 points this week. His scoring output more-than-doubled his 8.29-point projection and was much higher than his 8.44-point season scoring average. Smith ranks #45 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Saints next week.
