KayCee Chiefs earned a 396.14-311.32 victory to hand Beefy Legends their third consecutive loss to open the season. Beefy Legends earned a 69.15-point lead on Thursday behind 85.65 points from Amari Cooper (7 Rec, 101 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Mitch Trubisky (207 Pass Yds). But KayCee Chiefs held the lead the rest of the way, powered by Cordarrelle Patterson (141 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 12 Rec Yds) and Christian McCaffrey (108 Rush Yds). KayCee Chiefs (1-2) will look to maintain their winning ways against Pai Mei, while Beefy Legends (0-3) will meet Goldfinger Slingers in an effort to get back on track.

Getting the win is most important, KayCee Chiefs, but we've also identified one spot where we should improve as a team... our starting wide receivers were thoroughly outclassed this past week. Jahan Dotson (10 yards from scrimmage, no TDs) logged only 53 points in Week 3. The starting wideouts for Beefy Legends doubled us up with a score of 116.2. Let's bounce back with a big statement in Week 4!

Unless Beefy Legends wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not seeing enough looks" won't cut it as an excuse this time around. Our four pass-catchers (three WR and one TE) were targeted a grand total of 27 times in Week 3. Chemistry and timing appear to be issues as that group reeled in only 16 receptions.
