With the 11th-ranked point total in the league for the week, Los Angeles Rams were lucky to earn a victory against a team that had an even worse week, staging an impressive comeback to earn a 15-14 victory over Denver Broncos. Trailing 14-0 heading into Monday night, Los Angeles Rams roared back behind Matt Gay, who made both of his FG attempts for 6 points, and the Los Angeles Rams defense, who allowed 24 points, surrendered 345 yards, and forced 2 turnovers (5 points). The Denver Broncos defense (7 points) and Brandon McManus (6) led the way for Denver Broncos in the loss. This marks the second time this season Los Angeles Rams have gotten the best of Denver Broncos, after winning 23-13 in their last matchup. Los Angeles Rams ends the season on a high note, but they'll miss the postseason with a record of 3-12. Denver Broncos will also be home for the playoffs, finishing at 4-11.
