Back-and-forth battle ends with ReelDeel coming back to knock off The Bad News Bears in 132.36-111.00 landslide

Well, that was exciting! After a back-and-forth matchup featuring three lead changes, ReelDeel earned a convincing victory over The Bad News Bears, rolling to a 132.36-111.00 win. The Bad News Bears earned an early 26.30-point lead on Thursday behind stellar performances from Rhamondre Stevenson (15.7 points) and Nick Folk (15). ReelDeel came back to take the lead early afternoon Sunday, powered by stellar efforts from the Miami Dolphins defense (18 points) and Mark Andrews (9). Not to be deterred, The Bad News Bears pulled it together later that afternoon to take a 9.5-point lead behind Patrick Mahomes (16 points) and Travis Kelce (13.7). But ReelDeel came back again later that night, as Jalen Hurts (32.76 points) and DeVonta Smith (7) put them back ahead once and for all. This marks the first time this season ReelDeel have taken down The Bad News Bears, after falling 160.05-83.76 in their last matchup. ReelDeel (7-5) will look to build on their success against Georgiana, while The Bad News Bears (5-7) will face DemonApps in an effort to get back in the win column.

Coach Talk

ReelDeel
You know, football is all about exploiting the mismatches. Thanks to a sound outing from Jalen Hurts, we doubled up The Bad News Bears at the quarterback position this past week (32.76 points to 16). Hurts went 16-for-28 for 153 yards and two TDs in a 40-33 win over the Packers.
The Bad News Bears
Unless The Bad News Bears wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not seeing enough opportunities" isn't really an excuse this week. As a group, our five pass-catchers (four WR and one TE) were targeted a healthy 31 times in Week 12. With only 19 total catches, that group may need to work on chemistry with their QBs.
