There's no way around it, Fort Worth Gunslingers underperformed, at least compared to projections, as Nebraska Corn Bores earned a 317.50-258.65 win. Fort Worth Gunslingers nabbed a 20.30-point lead on Thursday, but Nebraska Corn Bores held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Deshaun Watson, who passed for 276 yards and a touchdown and ran for 33 yards for 64.6 points, and the Philadelphia Eagles defense, who allowed 22 points, surrendered 304 yards, and forced a fumble (62.2 points). Mike White (268 Pass Yds) and were the leaders for Fort Worth Gunslingers in the loss. This marks the first time this season Nebraska Corn Bores have knocked off Fort Worth Gunslingers, after falling 281.2-271.9 in their last matchup. Nebraska Corn Bores (8-6) will look to keep it rolling in the playoffs, while Fort Worth Gunslingers (6-8) will attempt to bounce back and make a run of their own in the postseason.
