Jersey Jagz rallied to earn a 141.08-127.50 victory to hand MaveRick Jumbo their fourth consecutive loss. Despite trailing 123.00-74.80 heading into Monday night, Jersey Jagz came storming back behind Patrick Mahomes (292 Pass Yds, 4 Pass TDs, 28 Rush Yds) and Josh Jacobs (154 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 39 Rec Yds). Leonard Fournette (56 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 83 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and the New England Patriots defense (0 Pts Allowed, 312 Yds Allowed, 2 Turnovers) did their part for MaveRick Jumbo in defeat. Jersey Jagz improve to 3-2 on the season, while MaveRick Jumbo fall to 1-4.
In a 12-9 win over the Broncos, the Colts defense scored 15.5 points to more-than-double their 7.18-point projection. They allowed only 9 points, surrendered 375 yards, and intercepted 2 passes to beat their projection by the highest percentage of any player on Jersey Jagz this week. Unless MaveRick Jumbo wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not seeing enough looks" doesn't fly as an excuse this week. As a group, our four pass-catchers (three WR and one TE) combined to get a respectable 26 targets in Week 5. With only 16 total catches, this group may need to work on chemistry with their QBs.
