Coach Talk
Throw up the X
Sure, we ultimately got the win, but there's really no way sugarcoat it, Throw up the X. Our quarterback was thoroughly outclassed by the opposition. Jared Goff went 25-of-42 for 355 yards and three touchdowns for Boom in the Endzone, and all Geno Smith could manage through the air was 215 yards and one passing TD (plus an ugly interception).
Boom in the Endzone
Logging just four targets this past week, it appears that the starting RBs for Boom in the Endzone should remind their quarterbacks to get them more involved (and dial up a screen play or two).
