Freakazoids jump into 1st place in 114.36-111.60 duel

Freakazoids jumped into the top spot in Hebron KY League (HKYL) with a narrow win over Griffin’s Great Team, narrowly earning a 114.36-111.60 victory. Griffin’s Great Team had a chance to come from behind late afternoon on Sunday, but they came up short. Freakazoids led 69.06-58.10 after the early action and held on for the win despite a combined 53.5 points from three players on Sunday afternoon for Griffin’s Great Team. Freakazoids were led by Josh Allen, who passed for 304 yards and 4 touchdowns and ran for 77 yards for 35.86 points, and Amon-Ra St. Brown, who caught 7 passes for 76 yards (15.2 points). This marks the first time this season Freakazoids have gotten the best of Griffin’s Great Team, after falling 98.08-86.3 in their last matchup. Freakazoids (10-5) will look to notch another W against Top Gun, while Griffin’s Great Team (7-8) take on amy's Amazing Team in an effort to get back in the win column.
