Daniels's Dandy Team fall short of projections, succumb to 49ers Faithful Empire, 76.96-70.08

There's no easy way to say it, Daniels's Dandy Team didn't do their job, at least according to projections, as 49ers Faithful Empire secured a 76.96-70.08 win. 49ers Faithful Empire nabbed an early 6.90-point lead on Thursday. Daniels's Dandy Team bounced back to take the lead during the early round of games on Sunday, powered by Dalvin Cook (14.8 points) and Alec Pierce (12.4). Unphased, 49ers Faithful Empire rallied later that night, as CeeDee Lamb (10.2 points) put them back in the lead once and for all. 49ers Faithful Empire (3-3) will look to build on their success against GTK2, while Daniels's Dandy Team (1-5) will take on Frank's Team 3 in an effort to get back in the win column.

Coach Talk

49ers Faithful Empire
You know, the key to football is exploiting the mismatches. Thanks to a solid display from Josh Allen, we doubled up Daniels's Dandy Team at the quarterback position this past week (26.36 points to 11.84). Allen went 27-for-40 for 329 yards, three TDs, and no INTs in a 24-20 win over the Chiefs.
Daniels's Dandy Team
It's entirely possible that Daniels's Dandy Team may be a better GM in the NFL than in fantasy football. Seeing just 12 total targets this past week, their three starting pass-catchers (two WR, one TE) apparently spent most of their games running decoy routes and blocking downfield.
