Coach Talk

Brandon$ Banana Republic *35*
The key to success in football is creating mismatches. Fueled by stellar production out of our ball-carriers, our squad certainly made that a point of emphasis this past week. We doubled Sam's Splendid Team up at running back (25.6 points to 11.4). Melvin Gordon III had 55 total yards and a TD, while Najee Harris logged 61 yards.
Sam's Splendid Team
Unless Sam's Splendid Team wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not seeing enough chances" is definitely not an excuse this time around. As a group, our pass-catching corps (four WR and one TE) collectively received a healthy 34 targets in Week 3. Those players should participate in some additional timing drills with their QBs, considering they managed just 19 catches.
