Novaforce fall short of expectations, find way to defeat Sunnydale Scoobies in 98.84-74.38 rout

Both teams failed to rise to the occasion, coming up short of their projected point totals, but Novaforce did enough to get the best of Sunnydale Scoobies, rolling to a 98.84-74.38 victory. Sunnydale Scoobies nabbed a 17.08-point lead on Thursday behind stellar efforts from Teddy Bridgewater, who passed for 187 yards and 2 touchdowns for 14.78 points, and Odell Beckham Jr., who caught 2 passes for 23 yards (2.3 points). But it was all Novaforce after that. They were led by Kyler Murray (22.44 points) and Chris Godwin (18.1). Novaforce (4-3) will look to keep it rolling against Toxins, while Sunnydale Scoobies (3-4) try to right the ship against Captain Hindsight.

Coach Talk

Novaforce
Listen Novaforce, we're glass-half-full kind of coaches. While some may harp on the fact that our scoring output has slipped lately, we'll choose to spin this in a positive direction. Averaging 110.69 points through Week 6, our crew has definitely proven that it's even better than the 98.84 we needed to win this past week!
Sunnydale Scoobies
Logging only one catch on three measly targets this past week, it appears that the starting RBs for Sunnydale Scoobies clearly should smooth things over with their QBs... and remind them to check down more frequently.
