What a thriller! After a back-and-forth matchup featuring three lead changes, Tecumseh Football Team won their fifth consecutive game to open the season with a dominant win over Sargent Slaughter, rolling to a 141-90 victory. Sargent Slaughter jumped out to an early 27-point lead on Thursday behind stellar performances from DK Metcalf (21 points) and Alex Collins (6). Tecumseh Football Team came back to take the lead during the early round of games on Sunday, powered by standout showings from Jalen Hurts (22 points) and Najee Harris (20). Unphased, Sargent Slaughter got it going later that afternoon to take a 4-point lead behind Kyler Murray (15 points) and Odell Beckham Jr. (2). But Tecumseh Football Team came back again when it mattered most on Monday night, as Lamar Jackson (49 points) and the Baltimore Ravens defense (6) put them back in the lead once and for all. Tecumseh Football Team (5-0) have now won five consecutive games and will look to keep it rolling against FRANchise & Sunshine Oh my!.
