Vandals scored a hard-fought win over FDC Chiefs, securing a 166.35-152.85 victory. FDC Chiefs grabbed a 9.70-point lead on Thursday, but Vandals held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Derrick Henry, who ran for 130 yards and 3 touchdowns for 31 points, and Patrick Mahomes, who passed for 272 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 61 yards (25.7 points). Alvin Kamara (71 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 51 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Robert Woods (12 Rec, 150 Rec Yds) did their part for FDC Chiefs in the loss. Vandals (3-2) will look to keep it rolling against Team Tadlock, while FDC Chiefs (1-4) try to get back in the win column against Dirty Dogs.
While allowing 19 points, surrendering 454 yards, and forcing 2 turnovers against the Jaguars, the Titans defense put up 13 points this week.
