Despite top scorer Chase, Jaymin fall to 阿隆&Rivers, 220.21-208.71
Jaymin had the top scorer in the league this week with WR Ja'Marr Chase accumulating 60.4 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome 阿隆&Rivers, who came out on top with a 220.21-208.71 win. Jaymin jumped out to a 115.75-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind standout showings from Ja'Marr Chase (60.4 points) and Jalen Hurts (20.76). But 阿隆&Rivers held the lead the rest of the way, powered by Amon-Ra St. Brown (23 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 111 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Cameron Jordan (8 Tackles, 3.5 Sacks). This marks the second time this season 阿隆&Rivers have taken down Jaymin, after falling 152.65-122.56 in their last matchup.
While making 8 tackles and recording 3.5 sacks against the Panthers, Jordan scored 38.2 points this week. His scoring output more-than-tripled his 11.7-point projection and was much higher than his 17.18-point season scoring average.
Sunday Early
Ja'Marr Chase had a 72-yard touchdown catch and a 69-yard touchdown catch for Jaymin, contributing to a 183.81-68.06 lead for the team.
Sunday Late
Both teams had players with big-time plays on Sunday afternoon, but after the scoring was completed, Jaymin had a 208.71-162.46 lead. For 阿隆&Rivers, Amon-Ra St. Brown had a 26-yard touchdown run. Deebo Samuel made the highlight reel for Jaymin with a 45-yard touchdown catch.
阿隆&Rivers
Deploying a starting crew that registered over 220 points this past week... we did what we needed to do and took care of business.
Jaymin
Keep your head up, Jaymin! Listen, I've been at it long enough to realize that occasionally free points can just randomly show up out of nowhere. Then in some cases, like this week, they don't! Hmmm, okay; asking for an additional dozen points might be a bit overzealous.
