Steel Reign come back to defeat Negligent Discharges in 122.35-95.25 beatdown
Both teams fell short of projections, but Steel Reign did enough to get the best of Negligent Discharges, rolling to a 122.35-95.25 victory. Negligent Discharges leapt out to a 21.20-point lead on Thursday behind 21.2 points from Michael Pittman Jr. (5 Rec, 64 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Mo Alie-Cox (1 Rec, 28 Rec Yds). But it was all Steel Reign after that. They were led by Cooper Kupp, who caught 11 passes for 95 yards for 20.5 points, and Jalen Hurts, who passed for 162 yards and a touchdown and ran for 62 yards (20.3 points). Steel Reign (6-3) will look to add to their success against SAWTOOTHS, while Negligent Discharges (4-5) will try to get back in the win column against Doughboys.
The Browns defense overachieved for the third time this season, scoring 18 points against their 5.55-point projection. In a 41-16 win over the Bengals, they allowed 16 points, surrendered 348 yards, and forced 3 turnovers. The Browns defense will face the Patriots next week.

Negligent Discharges
Something's bound to give next week as Negligent Discharges and Doughboys are set to face off, with both teams currently riding two-game losing skids. Each side has players on bye next week, as Kenny Golladay, Tyler Boyd, Sterling Shepard, and the Cincinnati Bengals defense are off for Negligent Discharges and Ja'Marr Chase and Khalil Herbert are out for Doughboys.
Steel Reign
Steel Reign (6-3) take on SAWTOOTHS (3-6) in Week 10. Steel Reign may need to shuffle the deck a bit with Damien Williams out on bye next week. SAWTOOTHS won't have Devontae Booker, Daniel Jones, Allen Robinson II, or Saquon Barkley. Over the past three weeks, Steel Reign have scored 140.62 points per game, while SAWTOOTHS have averaged 131.58 per contest.
