Whackers earn win over Hangovers, 202.60-153.15
Whackers exceeded their projected point total, coming out on top with a 202.60-153.15 victory over Hangovers, who fell short of projections. Hangovers grabbed a 14.90-point lead on Thursday, but Whackers held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Russell Wilson (254 Pass Yds, 4 Pass TDs) and Corey Davis (5 Rec, 97 Rec Yds, 2 Rec TDs). Amari Cooper (13 Rec, 139 Rec Yds, 2 Rec TDs) and Tyler Lockett (4 Rec, 100 Rec Yds, 2 Rec TDs) led the way for Hangovers in the loss. Whackers (1-0) will look to keep it rolling against Lucky Enuf, while Hangovers (0-1) will try to earn their first victory against Hard Targets.
Shepard (7 Rec, 113 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) scored 24.3 points against the Broncos in Week 1. His scoring output nearly doubled his 12.28-point projection. Shepard will face the Football Team next week.
