Hard Targets manage to knock off Hangovers 143.80-116.85 despite coming up short of expectations
Both teams were unable to bring their A game, coming up short of their projected point totals, but Hard Targets did enough to knock off Hangovers. Predicted to win 164.22-162.81, Hard Targets secured a 143.80-116.85 win over Hangovers. Hard Targets never trailed in this one after taking a 9.30-point lead on Thursday behind Antonio Gibson. Tyler Lockett (8 Rec, 178 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Davante Adams (8 Rec, 121 Rec Yds) led the charge for Hangovers in the loss. Hard Targets (2-0) will look to notch another W against Lucky Enuf, while Hangovers (0-2) match up against Soonerjack in an effort to get back on track.
The Patriots defense allowed only 6 points, surrendered 336 yards, and intercepted 4 passes in a 25-6 win over the Jets. In doing so, they put up 19 points to more-than-double their 9.14-point projection, the highest percent increase of any player on Hard Targets this week.
