Beantown Blumpkins overcome negative points, top Operation Banana Ram, 108.36-100.80

Despite negative points from the Los Angeles Chargers defense, Beantown Blumpkins were able to persevere and earn the victory, earning a 108.36-100.80 win over Operation Banana Ram. Operation Banana Ram jumped out to a 25.7-point lead on Saturday behind standout performances from Kyler Murray, who passed for 245 yards and a touchdown and ran for 74 yards for 23.9 points, and Jonathan Taylor, who ran for 108 yards (10.8 points). But Beantown Blumpkins held the lead the rest of the way, powered by Justin Jackson (64 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs, 98 Rec Yds) and Joe Mixon (65 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 70 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD). This marks the second time this season Beantown Blumpkins have knocked off Operation Banana Ram, after winning 109.72-83.66 in their last matchup.
