Offensively challenged TheMuffinStuffers top L.A. Golds, 111.15-90.05

Despite posting only the 10th-highest point total in the league for the week, TheMuffinStuffers came out on top with a 111.15-90.05 victory over L.A. Golds. L.A. Golds took a 36.4-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind stellar efforts from David Montgomery (9.5 points) and Tyreek Hill (8.7). But TheMuffinStuffers held the lead the rest of the way, powered by Cooper Kupp (9 Rec, 96 Rec Yds, 2 Rec TDs) and Aaron Jones (82 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 14 Rec Yds). TheMuffinStuffers (2-1) will look to rack up another W against Ligers, while L.A. Golds (1-2) will meet Viva Las Raiders in an effort to right the ship.

Coach Talk

TheMuffinStuffers
Well, we do admire the confidence this past week, TheMuffinStuffers. Deploying a starter with zero points (Dalvin Cook), while still earning a win... that's borderline arrogant. Try that type of flashy, show-off stuff next week against Ligers and we'll be toast.
L.A. Golds
One touchdown and two interceptions for Trevor Lawrence against the Cardinals this week. One win and two losses for L.A. Golds on the 2021 season. I'm usually pretty old-school when it comes to these fancy numbers... but my analytics folks keep saying they're not thrilled about this matching 2-to-1 INT-to-TD, Loss-to-Win ratio!
