Back-and-forth battle ends with andre's Team coming back to beat Bad News Bears, 129.08-119.28
Well, that was exciting! After a back-and-forth matchup featuring three lead changes, andre's Team earned a come-from-behind win over Bad News Bears, coming back to earn a 129.08-119.28 victory. andre's Team trailed 116.28-92.88 heading into Monday night, but the unit came storming back behind Mark Andrews, who caught 11 passes for 147 yards and 2 touchdowns for 36.2 points. Kareem Hunt (61 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs, 28 Rec Yds) and James Robinson (149 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD) led the way for Bad News Bears in the loss. andre's Team (3-2) will look to keep it rolling against Cant Touch This, while Bad News Bears (4-1) will attempt to right the ship against What The Shit.
Andrews caught 11 passes for 147 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Ravens beat the Colts 31-25. In doing so, he put up 36.2 points to more-than-triple his 11.71-point projection, the highest percent increase of any TE in the league this season. Next week, Andrews will square off against the Chargers.
andre's Team
Well, we do appreciate the confidence this past week, andre's Team. Deploying a player with zero points (Christian McCaffrey), while still earning the win... that's a bit too risky for us traditionalists. We just ask you to please limit that flashy, show-off type of stuff to the early regular season. Try it when the postseason rolls around, and we're toast.
Bad News Bears
Bad News Bears will find it tough to gripe about lack of opportunity this past week. Our pass-catching corps (three WR and one TE) collectively got a hearty 21 targets in Week 5. With only 12 total receptions, that group may need to work on chemistry with their QBs.
