Broadway Ed overtake CAPT. ED for 1st place in 144.16-143.10 duel
Broadway Ed overtook CAPT. ED in the standings, climbing to the top of the standings in Sore Arms & Long Hauls 2021 with a tight win, squeaking by for a 144.16-143.10 victory. It wasn't nearly as close as the final score indicates, as Broadway Ed led 132.46-90.60 heading into Sunday night. CAPT. ED came roaring back behind Josh Allen (42.5 points) and Harrison Butker (10). Tom Brady (411 Pass Yds, 5 Pass TDs, 13 Rush Yds) and Alvin Kamara (71 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 51 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) were the top scorers for Broadway Ed in the victory. Broadway Ed (4-1) will look to keep it rolling against VABoyz, while CAPT. ED (3-2) will take on Stewies Pigskinners in an effort to get back on track.
Projected to score 27.34 points, Brady nearly doubled that amount by scoring 51.74 points as the Buccaneers beat the Dolphins 45-17. He passed for 411 yards and 5 touchdowns and ran for 13 yards to beat his projection by the third-highest percentage of any QB in the league this season. Next week, Brady will square off against the Eagles.
