LA Rams come up short of expectations, succumb to Baltimore Ravens, 248.44-175.90
There's no sugarcoating it, LA Rams underdelivered, at least based on projections, as Baltimore Ravens secured a 248.44-175.90 win. LA Rams nabbed a 13.50-point lead on Thursday, but Baltimore Ravens held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Tom Brady (39.64 points) and Tyrann Mathieu (28). Roquan Smith (8 Tackles, 1 Sack, 1 Int) and Jalen Hurts (190 Pass Yds, 82 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD) carried the flag for LA Rams in the loss. Baltimore Ravens (2-0) will look to notch another W against Dallas Cowboys, while LA Rams (1-1) attempt to get back in the win column against Las Vegas Raiders.
Carlson made all 4 of his FG attempts as the Raiders beat the Steelers 26-17. In doing so, he put up 17 points and more-than-doubled his scoring projection, the highest percent increase of any player on Baltimore Ravens this week. Next week, Carlson will go up against the Dolphins.
