The Champ fall short of expectations, succumb to Kaeptain America in 134-98 landslide

There's no sugarcoating it, The Champ dropped the ball, at least based on projections, as Kaeptain America cruised to a 134-98 win. The Champ grabbed a 4-point lead on Thursday, but it was all Kaeptain America after that. They were led by Josh Allen (249 Pass Yds, 2 Pass TDs, 55 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD) and Najee Harris (91 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD, 29 Rec Yds). Boston Scott (60 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs) and Jordan Howard (57 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs) led the way for The Champ in the loss. Kaeptain America (4-3) will look to maintain their momentum against JTime, while The Champ (3-4) face Buffalo Sonics un-vaxxxed in an effort to get back in the win column.

Coach Talk

Kaeptain America
A big key to success in football is exploiting the mismatches. Our team took that to heart this past week and doubled up The Champ at the quarterback position (38 points to 16).

Look, we've been at it long enough to realize that sometimes free points just seem to randomly appear out of the blue. And then sometimes, like in your matchup this week, they don't! Hmmm, alright... asking for an additional 37 points might be a bit overzealous. Keep your chin up, The Champ!
