Coach Talk

Boats and Joes
A big key to success in football is creating mismatches. With stout performances by Darrel Williams and Christian McCaffrey, our squad took that to heart this past week. We almost tripled Sesquipedantic Squad at running back (36.5 points to 12.8). Williams had 144 total yards and a TD, while McCaffrey chipped in with 161 yards.
Sesquipedantic Squad
Listen, Sesquipedantic Squad, we've been in this business long enough to realize that sometimes points just seem to randomly appear out of the blue. Then sometimes, like in your matchup this week, they don't! Okay, okay... maybe asking for an additional 27 points is a bit excessive.
