BOOM! fall short of projections, lose to Mediocre in 114.72-89.06 blowout
BOOM! failed to rise to the occasion, falling short of their projected point total, as Mediocre rolled to a 114.72-89.06 win. Despite trailing 89.06-78.70 heading into Monday night, Mediocre charged back behind the Miami Dolphins defense (25 points) and Tua Tagovailoa (11.02). Josh Allen (314 Pass Yds, 3 Pass TDs, 64 Rush Yds) and Cooper Kupp (10 Rec, 109 Rec Yds) carried the flag for BOOM! in defeat. This marks the first time this season Mediocre have knocked off BOOM!, after falling 140.12-54.48 in their last matchup.
The Dolphins defense allowed only 3 points, surrendered 164 yards, and intercepted 2 passes in a 20-3 win over the Saints. In doing so, they put up 25 points and more-than-tripled their scoring projection, the highest percent increase of any player on Mediocre this week. The Dolphins will go up against the Titans in Week 17.

Hey, we'll definitely take the win, Mediocre! Having said that, if we want to ramp our performance up to the next level, then here's one area where we can improve. Our QB was significantly overmatched by the opposition. Our one signal-callers combined for just 11.02 points in Week 16, while the QBs for BOOM! nearly tripled us up with a score of 30.96.
