Gritz Blitz extended their win streak to six games with a hard-fought win over Drones, emerging victorious with an 82.0-50.5 victory. Gritz Blitz never trailed in this one after earning a 7.0-point lead on Thursday behind Clyde Edwards-Helaire (5 points) and Derwin James Jr. (2). Evan McPherson (13 points) and Jeremy Chinn (8) did their part for Drones in the loss. This marks the second time this season Gritz Blitz have gotten the best of Drones, after winning 104-102 in their last matchup. Gritz Blitz (12-3) will look to keep it rolling in the playoffs, while Drones (7-8) will attempt to bounce back and make a run of their own in the postseason.
