Rookie fall short of expectations, succumb to JETSki Team, 87.24-76.88
There's no way around it, Rookie didn't do their job, at least compared to projections, as JETSki Team earned an 87.24-76.88 win. Rookie earned a 2.30-point lead on Thursday, but JETSki Team held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Tom Brady (32.84 points) and Jason Sanders (13). JETSki Team
Listen, JETSki Team, we do certainly admire the confidence. Starting not one, not two, but THREE players with zero points (Jimmy Graham, David Johnson, and Deion Jones), while still earning a win... that's borderline arrogant! We just ask you to please keep that flashy, show-off type of stuff to the regular season. Try it when the postseason rolls around, and we'll be finished.
Rookie
Well, we certainly can't gripe about a shortage of opportunities this time, can we? As a group, our four pass-catchers (two WR and two TE) combined to receive a whopping 25 targets in Week 10. Those players should participate in some additional timing drills with their QBs, considering they tallied only 14 receptions.
