Offensively challenged BLM top Metropolitans, 75.19-22.80

BLM secured a 75.19-22.80 win over Metropolitans despite posting only the 11th-highest point total in the league for the week. BLM took a 15.40-point lead on Thursday behind 15.4 points from Derrick Henry (103 Rush Yds) and Desmond King II (5 Tackles) and never looked back. Wil Lutz (2-2 FG, 49 long, 3-3 XP) and Mark Andrews (7 Rec, 61 Rec Yds) led the way for Metropolitans in the loss. BLM (1-9) will look to sustain their momentum against Outlaws, while Metropolitans (0-10) attempt to develop some positive momentum against Bugs bunny.

Coach Talk

BLM
Sure, we ultimately got the win, but we can't deny it, BLM. Our starting wide receivers were significantly outplayed this past week. Buoyed by a CeeDee Lamb goose-egg and nothing from Dante Pettis, our three WRs combined for just 3.8 points in Week 10. The starting wideouts for Metropolitans doubled us up with a score of 8.7. Let's sweet-talk the offensive coordinator to get some more targets in Week 11!
Metropolitans
Unless Metropolitans wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not seeing enough looks" isn't really a viable excuse this time around. As a group, our four pass-catchers (three WR and one TE) were targeted a grand total of 21 times in Week 10. Chemistry and timing appear to be issues as that group tallied only 13 catches.
