War Pony knock off Warm Bodies to remain unbeaten, 137.15-109.60
War Pony won their fourth straight to open the season with a hard-fought victory over Warm Bodies, earning a 137.15-109.60 win. Warm Bodies nabbed a 4.60-point lead on Thursday, but War Pony held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Josh Allen (32.3 points) and Adam Thielen (26.2). Patrick Mahomes (236 Pass Yds, 2 Pass TDs, 28 Rush Yds) and Terry McLaurin (10 Rec, 118 Rec Yds) led the way for Warm Bodies in the loss. War Pony (4-0) will look to keep it rolling against SAWTOOTHS, while Warm Bodies (2-2) will meet Vultures in an effort to right the ship.
While catching 8 passes for 114 yards and a touchdown against the Texans, Thielen registered 26.2 points this week. His scoring output was 62.5% more than his 16.12-point projection and was higher than his 18.9-point season scoring average. Thielen ranks #31 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Seahawks next week.
War Pony
Next week will feature two squads heading in different directions, as War Pony (4-0) enter Week 5 on a four-game winning streak, while their opposition (SAWTOOTHS, 1-3), come in as losers of two in a row. War Pony may need to shuffle their lineup some with Adrian Peterson and Matt Prater out on bye next week. Over the last three weeks, War Pony have scored 177.35 points per game, while SAWTOOTHS have averaged 154.32 per contest.
Warm Bodies
Two teams sporting matching 2-2 records, sixth-place Warm Bodies are set to face seventh-place Vultures next week. Warm Bodies may have to rearrange the deck a bit with Aaron Rodgers out on bye next week. Vultures will be without Robert Tonyan and Danny Amendola.
