GeeZus smirk at expectations, knock off Giants in 194-108 rout

Both teams stepped up, but GeeZus knocked off Giants, rolling to a 194-108 victory. GeeZus took an early 5-point lead on Thursday. Giants bounced back to take the lead on Saturday, powered by Melvin Gordon III (15 points) and Aaron Rodgers (5). Unphased, GeeZus got it going later that afternoon, as Lamar Jackson (35 points) and Jaylon Smith (15) put them back on top once and for all. GeeZus will look to clinch the championship next week, while Giants attempt to rebound and finish the season with a win in the 3rd Place game.

Coach Talk

GeeZus
A big key to success in football is exploiting the mismatches. Our squad found one this past week and literally doubled up Giants at the quarterback position (109 points to 44).
Giants
Well, Giants, this week's problem is fairly easy to spot. Choosing to start quite a few zero-point players in a fantasy matchup where your opposition tallied 194 points... let's aim to move forward with a full deck of cards next time.
