Ice Up Son! fall short of projections, succumb to El Capitán, 118.0-104.0
There's no easy way to say it, Ice Up Son! didn't do their job, at least based on projections, as El Capitán earned a 118.0-104.0 win. Ice Up Son! took a 10.5-point lead on Thursday, but El Capitán held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by James Robinson, who racked up 159 yards from scrimmage and ran for a touchdown for 23.5 points, and Justin Jefferson, who caught 7 passes for 70 yards and 2 touchdowns (22.5 points). The Green Bay Packers defense (25 Pts Allowed, 351 Yds Allowed, 3 Turnovers) and Justin Herbert (316 Pass Yds, 1 Pass TD) did everything they could for Ice Up Son! in the loss. This marks the second time this season El Capitán have beaten Ice Up Son!, after winning 182-97.5 in their last matchup. El Capitán (6-6) will look to add to their success against Lowered Expectations, while Ice Up Son! (9-3) meet Coupe in an effort to generate some positive momentum.
While racking up 159 yards from scrimmage and running for a touchdown against the Browns, Robinson registered 23.5 points this week. His scoring output was 68.7% more than his 13.93-point projection and was much higher than his 14.33-point season scoring average. Robinson ranks #24 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Vikings next week.

Sunday Early
There were players with standout moments on both teams early Sunday, but after all the points were tallied, El Capitán had an 87.0-49.5 lead. For El Capitán, Evan Engram had a 53-yard catch and a 44-yard catch. Justin Herbert made the highlight reel for Ice Up Son! with a 55-yard pass.
Monday
Russell Wilson had a 52-yard pass for El Capitán on Monday night, helping to pad the margin of victory for the team.
Ice Up Son!
On the docket in Week 13, second-place Ice Up Son! (9-3) will look to bounce back against 10th-place Coupe (4-8). Ice Up Son! might have to rearrange the deck a bit with DJ Moore and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense out on bye next week. Coupe won't have Cameron Brate.
El Capitán
A couple of teams with identical 6-6 records, El Capitán and Lowered Expectations are set to do battle in Week 13. El Capitán might have to rearrange the deck some with Ronald Jones II and Curtis Samuel out on bye next week. Lowered Expectations will be without Mike Davis. Over the past two weeks, El Capitán have put up 109.75 points per game, while Lowered Expectations have averaged 124.25 per contest.
