Unable to overcome starter's goose egg, Blade Executioner fall to Raider4life in 93.00-89.20 battle
Impeded by a goose egg from Rob Gronkowski, Blade Executioner were unable to overcome Raider4life, which eked out a 93.00-89.20 victory. It wasn't nearly as close as the final score indicates, as Raider4life led 91.30-64.05 heading into Monday night. Blade Executioner made them sweat behind Derek Carr (282 Pass Yds, 3 Pass TDs) and Tre'Quan Smith (5 Rec, 86 Rec Yds). Raider4life were led by Jonnu Smith (16.2 points) and Baker Mayfield (13.9). Raider4life (2-0) will look to maintain their momentum against Jon Gruden, while Blade Executioner (1-1) try to get back on track against Raiders Hell Hounds.
Smith (4 Rec, 84 Rec Yds, 2 Rec TDs) scored 16.2 points against the Jaguars in Week 2. His scoring output more-than-tripled his 4.27-point projection. Smith ranks #33 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Vikings next week.

Raider4life
Nice work deploying a lineup that netted 93 points this past week. We deem that to be a job done right. We should maintain this momentum as we move on to what's sure to be an exceedingly formidable matchup in Week 3.
Blade Executioner
Fortunately, Blade Executioner, Week 2's problem was pretty easy to diagnose. Choosing to start Rob Gronkowski in what turned out to be a tight fantasy matchup... let's use this as a learning experience and all agree that it's not going to happen again.
